Accessing Realtime & Historic Tracking

Overview

The Tracking features lets you explore real-time tracking and past activity for your assets, offering visibility into journeys taken, routes followed, and driving behaviours. It is available on the Web App under the Fleet page. There are three tabs on the Fleet page:
  1. Assets: Real-time live tracking (default view)
  2. Journeys: Overview of past journeys taken by your assets
  3. Journey Details: In-depth review of past journeys


Use the Assets tab to:
  1. Track assets in real-time
  2. View detailed real-time vehicle and driver data
  3. Send customised commands to your assets
Use the Historic Tracking tabs - Journeys and Journey Details - to:
  1. Review where assets have travelled
  2. Understand when and how each journey began and ended
  3. Investigate patterns, behaviours, or irregularities
  4. Assist with compliance and reporting needs
These tools give you both a broad and detailed view of historical movement, enabling you to validate activity and gain deeper insights into fleet operations over time.
