Access to the Assets section is controlled by the SeeCompanyAssetsPage permission. This permission grants users the ability to view the list of assets and access individual asset details.

The Viewing Asset Details page allows users to view comprehensive information about an asset under the Assets tab.

  1. Access the Assets Page:

    1. Navigate to the Assets page.

    2. From the list of assets, click the desired asset to open its details.


  1. View Asset Information:

    1. You can view the following information for each asset

      1. Name: The asset name.

      2. Status: The current status of the asset.

      3. Display Group: The display group assigned to the asset.

      4. Reference: An optional reference note.

      5. Asset Group: The group to which the asset belongs.

      6. Colour: The color assigned to the asset.

      7. First Registration: The date when the asset was first registered.

      8. Next TAX Date: The date when the next tax payment is due.

      9. Next MOT Date: The date when the next MOT is due.

      10. Date Activated: The most recent date when the asset was activated.

      11. Date Deactivated: The most recent date when the asset was deactivated.

    2. Driver & Journey Type

      1. Driver: The system driver that may be assigned at the asset level.

      2. Current Driver: The driver currently associated with the asset (if any) based on the driver key communicated by the tracker.

      3. Journey Type: The type of journey associated with the asset (Business or Private).

    3. Odometer & Hours Driven

      1. Odometer: The current odometer reading (miles or kilometers).

      2. Hours Driven: The total hours the asset has been driven.

    4. Invoice

      1. Asset Price (£): The price of the asset.

    5. Notes

      1. Notes: Additional information or comments about the asset.


  1. Navigation

    1. User can navigate to the Asset Group and Display Group associated with the asset by clicking the respective links. These links will open in a separate browser tab.
