Signing into the Application

Signing into the Application

Follow these steps to sign in:

1. Access the Sign-in Page
      a. Open a web browser and navigate to app.fleetwitness.live, this can also be accessed via a mobile device.


2. Enter Your Credentials:
      a. Email: Enter your registered email address in the "Email" field.
      b. Password: Enter your password in the "Password" field. By default, the password is masked for security purposes.

To view the entered password, click the "Show/Hide" icon next to the password field.




3. Sign in:
      a. Click the Sign In button.  
  
4. Review the Sign-In Status:
      a. If your credentials are correct, you will be authenticated and redirected to the main page of the application.
      b. If the email or password is missing, you’ll see: "Please enter your login details."
      c. If the credentials are invalid, you’ll see: "Your login details have not been recognised."
